About Kimberlee
Kimberlee Shoup is the Managing Partner of ESO and has been directly involved with all aspects of the Election business for over two decades. There is four generations of election knowledge, passed down through her family’s business, where she originally started working at the RF Shoup Corp.
She was Director of Training at the RF Shoup Corp, for over ten years, where she was in charge of training materials, training of poll workers, and technicians on new installations of DRE equipment. This training occurred both on-site and at the company’s training center. She has managed hundreds of installations, provided extensive training programs, and has directed on-site Election Night coverage services in both the public and private sector. Her expertise extends from mechanical lever machines, Electronic 1242 technology, touch screen solutions, and digital scanners.
